Kogi Iron Limited (‘Kogi’) – REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION
We refer to our request for a trading halt dated 25 January 2019.
Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2, Kogi requests that a voluntary suspension be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange with respect to its securities pending the release of an announcement regarding the proposed capital raising transaction.
The voluntary suspension is requested until the earlier of the release of an announcement regarding the above matter or prior to the commencement of trading on Friday, 1 February 2019.
Kogi Iron Limited is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
