TRADING HALT

The securities of Kogi Iron Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday 9 May 2016 or when the announcement is released to the market.

The Company hereby requests a halt in trading of its securities, effective immediately, regarding a capital raising.

The Company requests that the trading halt commence immediately, Thursday 5 May 2016 and remain in place until the commencement of trading on Monday 9 May 2016 or upon release of an Announcement regarding the capital raising, whichever is the earlier.
