REQUEST FOR SUSPENSION – KOGI IRON LIMITED (KFE)
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Kogi Iron Limited requests an immediate suspension of trading in its securities pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising.
It is expected the voluntary suspension will be lifted on or before Wednesday 18 June 2014.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted, nor of any other information necessary to inform the market about the suspension.
