RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Kogi Iron Limited (ASX: KFE, “Kogi”, “the Company”) advises that its Executive Director, Mr Kevin Joseph has advised the Company of his decision to resign from the board of directors of the Company and its Nigerian subsidiary.
Kogi will immediately commence the process of identifying a suitable replacement to oversee the Company’s Nigerian operations.
Ian Burston – Non Executive Chairman of Kogi commented “Mr Joseph has been a loyal and valuable executive director for an extended period of time and can take credit for a lot of the advancements made on the Agbaja Cast Steel Project over the past decade. On behalf of the Board and the Company, I wish him well for the future. I am also looking forward to traveling to Nigeria in the coming weeks to meet with the various officials and key stakeholders in the Agbaja Cast Steel Project.”
