Death of Non-Executive Director Brian King

The Board of Kogi Iron Limited (ASX: KFE, “Kogi”, “the Company”) sadly advises the sudden death of Non-Executive Director Mr Brian King.

Brian joined the Board of Kogi in February 2012 and was a valued Board member whose contribution to the Company was appreciated by the Board. His mining industry knowledge gained over more than 40 years will be missed.

The Board and executive at Kogi wish to extend their deepest sympathy to Brian’s family, friends and work colleagues.
