Changes to Office Holders

KCM Mining Holdings Pty Ltd - Appointment of Mr Tom Revy

The directors of Energio Limited are delighted to announce the appointment of Mr Tom Revy as the Chief Executive Officer “CEO” of KCM Mining Holdings Pty Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of Energio Limited. Mr Revy will manage the group’s promising Nigerian Iron Ore asset. Mr Revy possesses over 25 years of mining industry experience and the appointment of Mr Revy will substantially increase the technical and commercial expertise of the group.

Mr Revy has substantial experience in the following areas:

• Corporate development and management

• Asset development in Australasia, North, Central and South America and Africa.

• Technical and financial project evaluation and due diligence

• Equity finance/project packaging

• Business Improvement

Mr Revy’s qualifications include a Graduate Diploma of Business and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Metallurgy) and are well suited to managing the Nigerian asset for the group.

Mr Revy is also the non-executive Chairman of the ASX listed company, Empire Resources Limited.

The board would like to welcome Mr Revy and look forward to working closely with him to maximise shareholder value.

In addition to Mr Revy’s appointment the board of Energio Limited would like to announce the following changes:

Energio Limited - Appointment of Mr Brian King

The directors of Energio Limited are also pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Brian King as a new director of Energio Limited effective immediately.

Mr King has over 40 years experience in the mining industry and was the Registered Mine Manager of the Tom Price and Paraburdoo mining properties of Rio Tinto from 1982 until 1990. More recently, Mr King has worked with the Terex Group in varying roles including Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Executive Vice President of Marketing and Account Management, Managing Director of Terex Africa, President of Terex Rig Mining Truck Company, President of Terex O&K Mining Excavator Business and President of Payhauler Truck Company amongst others. Mr King brings with him considerable experience in the area of acquisitions, integration and major account management.

Energio Limited - Appointment and Resignation of Company Secretary

The directors of Energio Limited also wish to announce the appointment of Mr George Yatzis and Mr Peter Hunt as Joint Company Secretaries of Energio Limited effective immediately. These appointments follow the resignation of Mr Sean Henbury. The board would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Henbury for his commitment and service during his tenure.
