 Appointment and Resignation of Company Secretary

The directors of Energio Limited wish to announce the appointment of Mr Shane Volk as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of Energio Limited effectively immediately.

Mr Volk is a Perth based accountant and chartered secretary with over 25 years’ experience in the resources industry including broad bulk commodities and developing county experience. Mr Volk was most recently Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of ASX listed African Iron Limited, which was subject to a successful takeover by South African miner Exxaro Resources Limited in February 2012.

The appointment of Mr Volk follows the resignation of Mr Peter Hunt and Mr George Yatzis as Joint Company Secretaries. The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Hunt and Mr Yatzis for their commitment and service during their tenure.
