APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN

Energio Limited is pleased to advise that Mr Nathan Taylor has been appointed Non-Executive Chairman, effectively immediately. Mr Taylor joined the Board as a non-executive director on 26 March 2010.

Mr Taylor is Co Head of Equity Capital Markets at StoneBridge Securities Limited, a boutique stockbroker headquartered in Sydney.

Throughout his investment banking career, Mr Taylor has been involved in the resources and related sectors. Prior to working for Macquarie Bank, Mr Taylor worked as a corporate lawyer for Blake Dawson where he was involved in conducting due diligence and structuring a large number of regulated and unregulated M&A transactions.

Both Faldi Ismail and Athan Lekkas would like to congratulate Nathan on his appointment, and will both remain in positions of Non Executive Director.
