RESIGNATION OF BRIAN TONKIN AS DIRECTOR

This is to advise that the Company today received from Brian Keith Tonkin notice of resignation as alternate director, effective from 6 October 2004. Mr Tonkin was alternate to J. Bruce Gibson. Mr Tonkin's resignation is effective immediately.
