DEATH OF A DIRECTOR

The directors regret to report that a director Mr Daniel Vincent Fisher was killed in an accident on 13 April 2003. Mr Fisher was based in Perth.

The Company received formal confirmation of the registration of Mr Fisher's death from the W.A. Department of Justice Registry of Births Deaths and Marriages by letter dated 2 May 2003.
