2024 Annual General Meeting – Key Dates
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Macro Metals Limited ( ASX:M4M ) ( Macro or the Company ) advises that its 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 26 November 2024 at 11:00am (AWST).
An item of business at the Annual General Meeting will be the election of Directors. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 14.3 and clause 11.2 of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations for the election of Directors is Tuesday, 15 October 2024.
Any valid nomination for the position of Director must be received by the Company at its registered office no later than 5:00pm (AWST) on Tuesday, 15 October 2024.
