Sale of Investment in Macquarie Telecom Group

Vocus Group Limited (ASX: VOC, ‘Vocus’) today announces that it has disposed of 3,358,511 shares representing ~16% relevant interest in the ordinary shares of Macquarie Telecom Group Limited (ASX: MAQ). The shares were held via a total return swap as described in the FY16 Vocus financial statements. Attached is the Form 605 Notice of ceasing to be a substantial holder.

DIRECTIONS
