Takeover Bid for Bulletproof Group Limited – Supplementary Target's Statement
Pursuant to section 647(3)(b) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), Bulletproof Group Limited ( Bulletproof ) has today lodged its Supplementary Target's Statement with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission and Australian Securities Exchange in response to the off-market takeover bid by Macquarie Cloud Services Pty Limited a wholly owned subsidiary of Macquarie Telecom Group Limited.
The Supplementary Target's Statement is prepared under section 644 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and is supplementary to Bulletproof's Target Statement dated 22 December 2017.
The Supplementary Target's Statement has today also been sent to the Bidder.
