TAKEOVER OFFER FOR BULLETPROOF – EXTENSION OF OFFER PERIOD

Macquarie Telecom Group Limited refers to the unconditional takeover offer by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Macquarie Cloud Services Pty Limited ( Bidder ), for Bulletproof Group Limited.

Pursuant to section 650C(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ), the Bidder has extended the offer period until 7:00pm (Sydney time) on Monday, 30 April 2018 .

A copy of the Bidder’s notice under section 650D of the Corporations Act is attached.

NOTICE OF VARIATION OF OFFER EXTENDING OFFER PERIOD BY MACQUARIE CLOUD SERVICES PTY LIMITED

UNDER SECTION 650D OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 (CTH)

In accordance with ASIC Class Order CO 13/521, to those persons shown as holders of Bulletproof Shares in the register of members of Bulletproof as at 7:00pm on 26 March 2018

This notice is given by Macquarie Cloud Services Pty Limited ( Bidder ) in respect of the Bidder’s offers dated 7 December 2017 as contained in its bidder’s statement dated 23 November 2017 (as amended) ( Bidder’s Statement ), in relation to its off-market takeover bid to acquire all of the ordinary shares in Bulletproof that it does not already own ( Offers ).

The Bidder gives notice under section 650D of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ) that it varies each of the Offers by extending the period during which the Offers will remain open for acceptance until 7:00pm (Sydney time) on Monday, 30 April 2018 (unless further extended under the Corporations Act).

All references in the Bidder’s Statement to the Offer Period and the closing date of the Offers are varied accordingly.
