SCHEME AND CLOSE OF OFFER

Macquarie Telecom Group Limited ( Company ) refers to the Bulletproof Group Limited ( Bulletproof ) shareholder meeting to be held on 18 May 2018 ( Scheme Meeting ) to consider the scheme of arrangement ( Scheme ) for the proposed acquisition of Bulletproof by Klikon Group Holdings Pty Ltd.

The Company wishes to advise that its wholly owned subsidiary, Macquarie Cloud Services Pty Limited ( Bidder ), presently intends not to vote against the Scheme at the Scheme Meeting. The Bidder will consider whether it will vote in favour of the Scheme or abstain from voting closer to the date of the Scheme Meeting.

The Company also advises that the Bidder’s off-market takeover bid for Bulletproof will not be extended and will close at 7:00pm (Sydney time) this evening.
