Bulletproof reiterates TAKE NO ACTION following dispatch of Macquarie Telecom’s Bidders Statement to shareholders.

Bulletproof Group Limited (ASX:BPF) ( Bulletproof or Company ) notes that Macquarie Telecom Group Limited ( Macquarie Telecom ) dispatched its Bidder’s Statement yesterday to Bulletproof Shareholders.

The Bulletproof Independent Board Committee has engaged a legal advisor and a corporate advisor to assist with evaluating the offer and an independent expert to prepare a report as to whether the offer is fair and reasonable as regards to the noninterested shareholders of the Company.

The Company intends to dispatch a Target’s Statement to Bulletproof Shareholders on or before 22nd December 2017.

Until then, shareholders are advised that there is no need to take any action in relation to the offer. There will be ample time after the release of the Target’s Statement for shareholders to determine a course of action.

The Independent Board Committee is committed to acting in the best interests of all shareholders and to maximising shareholder value, and will make further announcements with respect to the Offer as appropriate.
