Macquarie Corporate Telecommunications Holdings Limited (ASX:MAQ) (the Company) advises that today it filed with the Australian Stock Exchange an Appendix 3Y notice relating to the issue of shares to a former Director of the Company, John Priest.

The shares were issued to Mr Priest on 26 July 2004 as a result of the exercise of options granted to him in December 2002. Mr Priest retired as a Director of the Company on 26 July 2004. The Company overlooked the need to file the Appendix 3Y notice at the time of Mr Priest exercising his options.
