Correction – substantial holder notices – Magellan Infrastructure Fund (ASX: MICH) (“MICH”)

We refer to the following notices provided to MICH and ASX:

• Notice of initial substantial holder dated 18 August 2017 (“ Initial Notice ”);

• Notice of change of interests of substantial holder dated 18 September 2017;

• Notice of change of interests of substantial holder dated 26 October 2017.

The Initial Notice incorrectly identified Macquarie Group Limited and its controlled bodies corporate

(together, “ Macquarie Group Entities ”) as a substantial holder in MICH.

The Macquarie Group Entities have held less than 5% voting power in MICH at all times during the

period from the date of the Initial Notice to the date of this letter (inclusive).

The subsequent lodgement of the two notices of change of interests of substantial holder dated 18

September 2017 and 26 October 2017 respectively were therefore also not required and lodged in

error.
