LODGEMENT - Cancellation of Substantial Shareholding Notice

We refer to the notice of initial substantial holder in relation to Hyro Ltd (HYO) submitted by Macquarie Group Limited (Macquarie) to the Australian Securities Exchange on 31 May 2011. This notice was lodged in error.

Macquarie has been a substantial shareholder in HYO since 13 November 2007. Macquarie's total relevant interest holding in Hyro Ltd has not changed more than 1% since its last change in substantial shareholding notice which was lodged on 10 August 2009.
