LODGEMENT - Correction of Substantial Shareholding Notice

We refer to the Notice of change interests of substantial holder in relation to Mobilarm Limited (MBO) submitted by Macquarie Group Limited (MQG) to Australian Securities Exchange on 27 July 2011. The Notice incorrectly stated MQG's total voting power in Mobilarm Limited as 9.14%. The error was due to the use of an incorrect Issued Capital of 214,636,347, in calculating MQG's total percentage holding.

We understand that the correct Issued Capital should be 231,140,118 shares. Therefore, MQG's total voting power has decreased to 8.48%. An amended notice will be lodged.
