Number acquired Acquisition of 68,933 MQG shares on 14
August 2018 on conversion of vested PSUs,
which formed part of Mr Moore’s prior years’
remuneration and were approved by
shareholders at previous AGMs.
The following PSUs and RSUs have been
granted to Nicholas Moore on 15 August
2018 following the approval of shareholders
on 26 July 2018 at Macquarie’s 2018 Annual
General Meeting (AGM):

114,627 RSUs; and

33,378 PSUs.
Number disposed 68,933 PSUs converted by Nicholas Moore
into MQG Shares on 14 August 2018.
Value/Consideration
Note: If consideration is non-cash, provide details and estimated valuation

Mr Moore will not make any cash
payment for the grant of PSUs. The
PSUs are an incentive mechanism for
future performance and subject to
performance hurdles as previously
disclosed.

Mr Moore received the grant of RSUs in
lieu of a cash payment of the
corresponding amount of his 2018 profit
share. The effective price payable for
the FY2018 retained profit share awards
for all staff (including Mr Moore) was
$113.76 per RSU.

No cash payment is required for the
conversion of vested PSUs from
MEREP.
