Dear Suzanna

Macquarie Group Limited (MGL) and Macquarie Bank Limited (MBL) – Appendix 3Y

Please find attached an Appendix 3Y for Mr Nicholas Moore in relation to the winding up of Macquarie Global Infrastructure Fund B. We note the notice was not lodged within the requisite timeframe due to processing and notification delays by the third party registry of the fund. The change in interest did not occur as a result of any decision or action by Mr Moore, and the notice was prepared and lodged as soon as practicable once Company Secretarial Division received confirmation of the cancellation of the units.

Macquarie has a range of processes in place to ensure compliance with listing rule 3.19A, including monitoring by Macquarie staff, the registry and liaison with directors. Macquarie does not consider that any further arrangements to ensure compliance need to be introduced as the fund the subject of the notices has now been wound up and no further units are on issue.

Yours sincerely

Dennis Leong Company Secretary
