Commenting on the performance Mr Rupesh Mehta, Chairman and Managing Director said:

"Since our listing, the revenue growth for this quarter has been the highest ever. This is in spite of the challenges faces due to (national) lock-down at the beginning of FY21 and (state wise) lock-downs towards the end of FY21.

With more than a 600 plus workforce we have achieved financial and operationally positive results during third and fourth quarter beyond expectations.

During the first wave of COVID, for social cause, we built up for the first time in India a hot air seam sealing machine for PPE suits and a N-95 mask making machines. We have distributed thousands of N-95 Masks across country during the first and second wave of COVID.

Our current order book offers us a clear roadmap for growth in the coming year. At the end of FY2021 we had received orders (Including L1) amounting to Rs.14 crores and we have bid for tenders amounting to Rs. 157 crore while in the private sector we have pending orders amounting to more than Rs 112 crore with advance amount of Rs 6.11 crore already received against these orders.

We have been working towards de-bottlenecking our existing capacities to manufacture 1300-1400 machines per annum versus 1000-1200 machines earlier. Every month we have continued to receive new orders more than our monthly production and dispatch.

We are currently operating at 75% of capacity utilisation, and gradually increasing our capacity at a higher rate quarter on quarter. To enhance the production, productivity and for backward integration we have gradually invested Rs 5.9 crore in FY 20-21 towards plant and machinery from our own funds and we will keep identifying opportunities to optimise our productivity and efficiency.

Our operations continue to be low cost, lean and working capital efficient (debt equity is NIL) even as we continue to focus on capitalizing on the growth opportunities in domestic, defence and educational markets As our revenue grows (with an increasing order book), we expect significant operating leverage to play out for us. We are now planning for our next leg of growth, which will allow us to grow at +25% CAGR over the next 5 years

Lastly, with good note I would like to share that we are all set to frame a separate vertical called “NEXA” for the import substitution of high end premium products such as HMC, VTL etc. which have already been developed by our R&D Team.”
