F1: On April 22, 2015 the Reporting Person was granted an option to purchase 10,000 shares of Common Stock. The stock option vests upon achievement of certain performance metrics in any four consecutive fiscal quarters completed during the term of the stock option. On April 19, 2017 certain performance criteria were certified to have been met, resulting in vesting of the stock option as to all 10,000 shares. In addition, this Form 4 reflects an adjustment to ownership previously reported on a Form 4 filed on April 24, 2015, which reported the ownership of the unvested stock option.
