Changes in controlled entities:

On 6 July 2020, the Group deregistered 100% of the voting shares of Progressive Services Mongolia Pte Ltd. On 24 July 2020, PT Macmahon Labour Services was incorporated in Indonesia, of which the Group holds 49% of the voting shares. The Group did not gain or lose control over any other entities during the period.
