Macmahon Holdings Limited – Request for Voluntary Suspension
Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2 Macmahon Holdings Limited (“the Company”) requests an immediate voluntary suspension in respect of its shares (ASX: MAH) from the commencement of trading today, 12 December 2012.
The voluntary suspension is requested pending an announcement in relation to a proposed capital raising and strategy update.
The Company requests that the voluntary suspension remain in place until the earlier of the opening of trading on Friday 14 December 2012, or the time that the Company makes an announcement in relation to the outcome of the capital raising.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the suspension.
