Notice of Annual General Meeting
Macfarlane Group PLC confirms its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday 7 May 2024 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Glasgow Central, 36 Cambridge Street, Glasgow G2 3HN.
The Group's Notice of AGM was posted to shareholders on 5 April 2024 and is available on the Company's website: www.macfarlanegroup.com .
As set out in the Group's Notice of AGM, this will be an in-person AGM. Shareholders may ask questions regarding the business of the AGM in advance by emailing [email protected] .
