CONNECTED TRANSACTION: COMPLETION OF SALE OF AIRCRAFT

References are made to the announcements of Macau Legend Development Limited (the “ Company ”) dated 18 October 2021 and 25 October 2021 (the “ Announcements ”), in relation to the sale of the Aircraft. Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.

The Board is pleased to announce that the Completion took place on 31 December 2021 in accordance with the terms and conditions as set out in the Sale and Purchase Agreement.
