With respect to the above-mentioned subject and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the Company has proposed to make an investment by way of acquisition of 100 % of the 10,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/each aggregating to Rs.1,00,000/- of Embassy Industrial Parks Bhiwandi Pvt. Ltd. After conclusion of the proposed investment, Embassy Industrial Parks Bhiwandi Pvt. Ltd will become the wholly owned subsidiary.
