With reference to the current report No. 15/2021 of March 3, 2021 on theconclusion with Novavax, Inc. framework agreement with the first orderfor contract services for the COVID-19 vaccine program, Management Boardof Mabion S.A. (The "Company") announces that on March 25, 2021 itreceived from Novavax, Inc. the first payment as part of theimplementation of the above-mentioned order placed on the basis of theconcluded framework agreement. At the same time, the Company informsthat the execution of the order is proceeding in accordance with theplan assumed in the above-mentioned framework agreement.
