AARDVARK VENTURES RECONSTITUTES BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND MANAGEMENT

June 9, 2021 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Aardvark Ventures Inc. (formerly, Roca Mines Inc.) (the “ Company ”) announces that it has changed its name from “Roca Mines Inc.” to “Aardvark Ventures Inc.”

The Company also announces that it has reconstituted its board of directors to consist of Gary Monaghan, Scott Davis and Gordon Villeneuve. The reconstituted board of directors has appointed Gary Monaghan as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary.
