M3 Mining Limited (‘M3M’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Tuesday, 27 July 2021.
Official quotation of M3M’s ordinary fully paid shares will commence at 11:30AM AEST on Thursday, 29 July 2021.
M3M raised $4,600,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 26 May 2021 (‘Prospectus’) by the issue of 23,000,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
