RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

M3 Mining Limited (ASX:M3M) (M3 Mining or the Company) wishes to announce the resignation of Non-Executive Chairman Mr Russell Davis with immediate effect.

M3 Mining Limited Executive Director Simon Eley commented “ On behalf of my fellow directors and shareholders of M3 Mining, I’d like to sincerely and deeply thank Russell for his guidance, mentorship, experience and, not to mention, his technical contributions to the Company as Chairman during his time since the Company listed on the ASX in 2021. We wish him well in his future endeavours .”

The Chair role will be filled by an existing director as needed.
