Annual General Meeting

M3 Mining Limited (M3, ASX:M3M) advises that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Tuesday 10 October 2023.

An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election and appointment of directors. In accordance with the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Monday 21 August 2023.

Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00 pm (Perth time).

This announcement has been authorized by the Company Secretary.
