M Winkworth Plc ("Winkworth" or the "Company") announces that Dominic Agace, Chief Executive Officer of Winkworth, has today purchased 18,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.5p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 109 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the transaction, Mr Agace now holds 615,628 Ordinary Shares representing 4.8% of the issued share capital of the Company.
