Director's dealings

Winkworth was notified on 17 December 2014 that, on 15 November 2014, Irene Ho Kim Kee, wife of Simon Agace, non-executive Chairman of the Company, transferred 2,675,100 ordinary shares in Winkworth (Ordinary Shares") into her name from Northcliff Mountain S.A, a company controlled by her. On 17 December 2014 she then transferred the same number of Ordinary Shares to Dunlan Nominee Limited, a nominee account held by Ms Ho Kim Kee. The transfers were carried out for administrational reasons and, following these transactions, Ms Ho Kim Kee and Mr Agace's total interest in the Company remains unchanged at 5,316,144 Ordinary Shares, representing 41.9% of the Company's issued share capital and voting rights.
