Winkworth was notified on 7 November 2013 that, on the same day, Anthony Snarey, Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 800,000 ordinary shares in Winkworth ("Ordinary Shares") at 169p per share.  Following this transaction, Mr Snarey's total interest in the Company is 80,487 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.63% of the Company's issued share capital.
