Winkworth was notified 28th March 2013 that on the same day, Anthony Snarey, Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 350,000 ordinary shares in Winkworth ("Ordinary Shares") at 87.5p per share.  Following this transaction, Mr Snarey's total interest in the Company is 880,487 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.9% of the Company's issued share capital.
