Winkworth was notified today that, on 1st February 2013, Irene Ho Kim Kee, wife of Simon Agace, non-executive Chairman of the Company, transferred 3,000,000 ordinary shares in Winkworth ("Ordinary Shares") at nil consideration to Sundown Assets Foundation, a Trust controlled by her. Following these transactions, Mr Agace's total interest in the Company remains unchanged at 5,880,208 Ordinary Shares and voting rights which represent 46.4% of the Company's issued share capital and voting rights.
