Director appointment

The Directors of M Winkworth Plc ("Winkworth" or the "Company") are pleased to announce the appointment of John Nicol as an Independent Non-Executive Director. John  replaces Anthony Snarey on the board of Winkworth and will also chair the audit committee.

John is a Chartered Accountant with significant financial experience having worked at Morgan Grenfell and KPMG, as well as having worked as the Finance Director and co-founder shareholders of Wessex Trust Plc, a Main Market listed property investment company.
