Board Change

Winkworth, franchisor of London's largest chain of residential estate agents, announces that Antony Snarey has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company effective from 6 December 2013.

Mr. Snarey has acted as a director of Winkworth Franchising Ltd for 15 years, becoming a non-executive director in 2002, having previously worked as the Chief Executive of William H Brown, a business which he grew from 65 to some 300 offices in the 1980s and 1990s.

In 2007 he purchased 15% of the company to become Winkworth's first shareholder outside of Simon Agace, and in 2009 helped with the Company's admission to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. He retains 80,487 shares in Winkworth representing a stake of 0.63%.
