(I) RIGHTS ISSUE WITH WARRANTS; AND
(II) VARIATION

(COLLECTIVELY, THE "PROPOSALS")

(For consistency, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Abridged Prospectus of the Company dated 15 April 2026 in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants, where applicable, unless stated otherwise or defined herein.)

We refer to the Abridged Prospectus dated 15 April 2026.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that as at the close of acceptance, excess application and payment for the Rights Issue with Warrants at 5.00 p.m. on 30 April 2026, the Company had received valid acceptances and excess applications for a total of 705,254,144 Rights Shares, representing a subscription rate of 98.77% over the total number of Rights Shares available for subscription under the Rights Issue with Warrants.

Details of such valid acceptances and excess applications received are as follows:

Successful applicants of the Rights Shares will be given Warrants D on the basis of 1 Warrant D for every 3 Rights Shares successfully subscribed for.

The total number of excess Rights Shares available for allocation was 515,027,485. In view that the total number of excess Rights Shares applied for was 506,280,051, the Board has decided to allot the excess Rights Shares to all the entitled shareholders and/or their renouncee(s) and/or transferee(s) who have applied for the excess Rights Shares.

The Rights Shares and Warrants D are expected to be listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on 15 May 2026.
