ANNUAL REPORT OF THE LIQUIDITY CONTRACT SIGNED BY LYSOGENE WITH GILBERT DUPONT

PARIS – 07 January 2020 – Lysogene (FR0013233475 – LYS), a pioneering Phase 3 biopharmaceutical company specializing in gene therapy targeting central nervous system (CNS) diseases, presents the report of its liquidity contract with Gilbert Dupont.

As of 31 December 2019, the following assets were held in the liquidity account:

• Number of shares: 35,929
• Cash balance: €66,297.87

During the second semester of 2019, the following was negotiated:

BUY	146 707 shares	€254 727.37	886 transactions
SELL	152 571 shares	€267 808.78	862 transactions

As a reminder, at the date of the previous half-year report on 28 June 2019, the following assets were held in the liquidity account:

• Number of shares: 41,793
• Cash balance: €53 216.46

As a reminder, at the time of the implementation of the liquidity contract, the following assets were held in the liquidity account:

• Number of shares: 0
• Cash balance: €300,000.00

About Lysogene

Lysogene is a gene therapy company focused on the treatment of orphan diseases of the central nervous system (CNS). The company has built a unique capability to enable a safe and effective delivery of gene therapies to the CNS to treat lysosomal diseases and other genetic disorders of the CNS.
