This is reference to our previous intimation made through a letter dated 19th July 2024 wherein have informed the Joint Petition by Lyka Exports Limited and Lyka Labs Limited was filed on 28th February 2024, before the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Bench (the 'NCL T') under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Comprnies Act, 2013 and the Rules framed thereunder, that there was no sitting of the NCLT July 2024 and the case would be re-notified.

We inform that, the case was listed on 22nd July 2024 and as notified on the website of the the aforesaid case has been adjourned and now is listed for hearing on 22nd August
