This is with reference to our previous intimation dated 22nd December, 2025, wherein we had informed that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench ("NCLT"), having jurisdiction over both the Transferor Company and the Transferee Company, had listed the matter for further consideration on 29th January, 2026.

We wish to inform you that the Ld. Counsel for the Applicant submitted that they have complied with the earlier order passed by Hon'ble Tribunal. Further the Hon'ble Tribunal has taken up the application and the affidavit filed by the Company regarding FEMA compliance for examination. The matter is listed for hearing on 19th February, 2026.
