This is further to our earlier intimation dated 11 th October, 2025, wherein we informed that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench ("NCLT"), directed the Income Tax Department to submit its report within a period of 15 (fifteen) days and the matter was listed for further consideration on 6 th November, 2025.

We wish to inform you that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench ("NCLT"), having jurisdiction over both Transferor and Transferee Company, has on 6 th November, 2025, granted last opportunity to Ld. Counsel for Income Tax and is directed to comply and file the reply within one week as Ld. Counsel for Income Tax has not filed their reply and has not complied with the order dated 09.10.2025.

The matter has been listed for further consideration on 4 th December, 2025.

Further, we wish to inform you that we have received a copy of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) order on 7th November, 2025.

A copy of the said order is enclosed herewith for your reference. The above information is also available on the Company's website at www.lykalabs.com.
