Sub.: Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure - Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Update on the Scheme of Amalgamation

This is further to our earlier intimation dated 18[th] September, 2025, wherein we informed that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench (“NCLT”), directed the Income Tax Department to submit its report within a period of 7 (seven) days and the matter was listed for further consideration on 9[th] October, 2025.

We wish to inform you that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench (“NCLT”), having jurisdiction over both Transferor and Transferee Company, has on 9[th ] October, 2025, directed the Income Tax Department to submit its reply within 15 (fifteen) days on the request of lead counsel for the Income Tax as he has recently replaced by earlier counsel Ms. Maithili Mehta and he requires some more time to take instructions from the department and submit reply.

The matter has been listed for further consideration on 6[th] November, 2025.

Further, we wish to inform you that we have received a copy of the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) order on 10th October 2025.

A copy of the said order is enclosed herewith for your reference. The above information is also available on the Company’s website at www.lykalabs.com.
