Sub.: Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015- Update on the Scheme of Amalgamation

This is with reference to our previous intimation made through a letter dated 23rd July 2024, wherein we had informed that our case for seeking the sanction of the Scheme of Amalgamation of Lyka Exports Limited ("Transferor Company") with Lyka Labs Limited ("Transferee Company") and their respective shareholders and creditors by the Hon'ble NCLT, Ahmedabad (the 'NCLT') is scheduled for hearing on 22nd August 2024.

This is to further inform you that on 22nd August 2024, the NCLT at the second motion hearing, having heard the matter, has reserved its order for formal pronouncement in due course. The Company will separately make necessary disclosure once the NCL T order is formally pronounced.
