Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the SEBI Listing Regulations) for appointment of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and designated as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations , we are pleased to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on today i.e. 12[th] November, 2024, has appointed Mr. Shekhar R Singh as a Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and designated as a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 12[th] November, 2024. A brief profile of Mr. Shekhar R Singh is enclosed as Annexure-A.

Further, the Board has authorized Mr. Shekhar R Singh as a Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company, to determine the materiality of an event or information and for making disclosure to the Stock Exchanges as per policy on determination of materiality of an event or information adopted by Board of Directors. Accordingly, the following Key Managerial Personnel of the Company are now severally authorised under Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI Listing Regulations to determine materiality of an event or information and for making disclosure to the Stock Exchanges:
