AWARD OF YAOURÉ GOLD PROJECT ENGINEERING AND SUPPLYCONTRACTS

Lycopodium is pleased to announce that it has received a Notice of Award for the Engineering and Supply of the Yaouré Gold Project in Côte d’Ivoire from Perseus Mining Ltd (Perseus). The award is subject to finalisation of the formal contract documentation, full project funding and receipt by Perseus of its exploitation permit.

Contract revenue is expected to be US$95.1 million with the amount reporting across the last part of this financial year, FY20 and H1 FY21. Given project timing we do not expect any material impact to this financial year’s forecast.

This award sees the continuation of our association with Perseus, following the successful delivery of the Sissingué Gold Project and completion of the Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) and Front End Engineering and Design (FEED) for the Yaouré Gold Project.
